Creator partnerships
You already have the audience and expertise. I help you turn the questions they keep asking into a product, launch it, and handle the commercial work behind it.
You provide the expertise, feedback and audience communication. I handle the research, offer strategy, product structure, marketing system, launch coordination and operational details.
I work with a small number of creators whose audiences may be ready for a useful product or paid offer - but whose time, focus or commercial experience is better spent elsewhere. The first step is to understand your audience and decide together whether a partnership opportunity is worth pursuing.
We invest our time and expertise at no cost to you. No results, no fee. When it works, we share the upside. That's a proper partnership.
Attention is valuable
Your audience has already done the hardest part: they trust you.
A loyal audience is not simply a number. It is a group of people who believe your judgement is useful, your experience is relevant and your recommendations are worth paying attention to.
Views are not a business.
Followers are not a business.
A well-chosen product and marketing system can turn an audience into one.
That trust should not be treated casually. If a product is developed, it needs to solve a real problem, fit your voice and feel like a natural next step for the people who follow you. My role is to help investigate that opportunity and turn the right idea into something clear, useful and commercially viable.
"The aim is not to sell your audience more things. It is to create something they would genuinely be glad to have."
What we could build
You may already have the ingredients for a valuable product.
Many specialist creators have deep expertise and a loyal audience, but no structured product beyond their regular content. That does not necessarily mean there is an opportunity. It means there may be one worth examining.
A practical digital guide
Package useful knowledge into an easy next step.
A structured online course
Teach a valuable skill or transformation.
A specialist workshop
Turn your expertise into a focused outcome.
A resource or toolkit
Equip your audience with practical tools they need.
A paid community or membership
Build recurring value around a shared interest.
A premium educational series
Deep-dive learning experience for dedicated followers.
The format comes after the problem. We start by looking at what your audience is trying to achieve, where they are getting stuck and what kind of help would be genuinely useful.
A partnership, not an agency retainer
You bring the trust. I build the opportunity around it.
I do not ask creators to pay me thousands upfront to build everything. When I see a creator and audience I believe I can help, we agree on a performance revenue-share partnership.
You bring the reason people listen.
- Your subject expertise
- Your personal voice
- Your understanding of the audience
- The trust you have built over time
- Access to the channels where your audience follows you
- Feedback on whether an idea feels authentic and useful
You do not need to become a product marketer, copywriter, launch manager or operations specialist.
I handle the work behind the scenes.
- Audience and opportunity analysis
- Product and offer strategy
- Positioning and messaging
- Structuring the product & coordinating the build
- Planning the marketing system & preparing launch
- Managing operational details & ongoing improvement
You remain involved at the points where your judgement, expertise and voice matter most. The aim is to reduce the commercial burden, not remove you.
We both win together, or neither of us does. If the product doesn't succeed, there's no fee. If it does, we share the upside. That's a proper partnership.
The transformation
Audience→Product→Marketing System→Revenue
The goal is a product that feels like a natural extension of your expertise, rather than an unrelated commercial add-on.
Understand the audience
We look at what people ask, respond to, struggle with and want to achieve - reviewing existing content, conversations, comments, emails and available signals. The purpose is to identify a credible opportunity, not to manufacture one.
Develop the right product
Once there is a clear opportunity, we shape the most appropriate product or offer around it: the problem it solves, who it is for, what it includes, how it should be positioned, and how it fits your existing content and reputation.
Build the route to market
A good product still needs a clear way to reach the right people. I handle the offer presentation, launch sequence, messaging, audience communication, purchase and delivery arrangements, and ongoing improvement.
How the partnership works
From audience insight to a useful offer.
A considered five-step process built around fit, value, and shared upside.
Initial conversation
We discuss your audience, your content, your experience and what you may already have considered creating. There is no obligation to proceed.
Audience & opportunity review
I look at available evidence to understand whether your audience appears to have a specific need or desire that could support a product.
Product & commercial plan
If the opportunity looks credible, we define the product, audience, positioning, delivery model and initial route to market.
Agreement & build
If we both want to proceed, we agree the working arrangement, responsibilities, costs and revenue-share terms clearly before main work begins.
Launch, learn & improve
The offer is introduced to the audience in a way that respects your relationship. We review the response, improve what needs improving and decide next steps.
* Process note: Sometimes the right conclusion is that there is not yet a strong enough opportunity. Finding that out early is useful too.
Why this partnership model
Shared intent creates better decisions.
A creator partnership works best when both people genuinely want the product to be useful and the relationship to work over time.
You are protecting your reputation. I am investing time and execution into developing the opportunity. That creates a practical reason for both sides to care about quality and customer experience.
Mutual intent
We should both want the opportunity to work.
Trust
Your reputation is treated as an asset to protect, not an audience to exploit.
Reliability
Commitments, responsibilities and decisions should be clear.
Aligned incentives
Steve's return is linked to the performance of the offer.
Long-term judgement
A short-term sale is not worth damaging a long-term creator relationship.

Meet your monetization partner
I handle the work behind the scenes.
I'm Steve O'Hara. My background is in product strategy, commercial development, marketing systems and operational execution.
I do not need to become the influencer or build the audience myself. I partner with creators who have already built trust with their audience and combine their strengths with mine.
You create the attention.I build the business behind it.
After decades of business experience, Steve values the qualities that make any long-term partnership work: trust, reliability, honest communication and mutual intent.
Selectivity
Who this may suit
- ✓ Focused audience with real engagement
- ✓ People regularly ask for your advice or help
- ✓ Genuine expertise in a subject or niche
- ✓ Care deeply about the quality put under your name
- ✓ Open to testing whether a product opportunity exists
- ✓ Value having someone handle commercial & operational execution
- ✕ Looking for guaranteed income without testing
- ✕ Want someone to pitch unrelated external products
- ✕ Unwilling to review or validate the product concept
- ✕ Unwilling to discuss responsibilities & terms openly
- ✕ Audience is not asking for anything beyond free content
Transparent terms
The commercial arrangement is discussed openly from the start.
This is not a fixed consultancy package or a promise of guaranteed earnings. Where we agree there is a suitable opportunity, the partnership is structured on a performance-based, revenue-share basis.
Because each partnership is different, the revenue share is agreed after we understand the product, responsibilities and expected costs. Nothing begins until both sides are clear and comfortable with the terms.
Explore the opportunity
See whether there may be an opportunity in your audience.
Tell me a little about your work and the people who follow you. I will review it personally and come back to you if it looks worth discussing.
This is an initial conversation, not a commitment.
Creators with real trust, useful knowledge, and an audience they genuinely understand.
The next step is simply to see whether there is something worth building.
If you have a trusted audience and a subject you know deeply, there may be a product opportunity worth investigating. The only useful way to find out is to look at the audience, problem and possible offer properly.
